Package Design — Creative Services Work at Basic Fun! 2024-2026
Intern & Junior Designer
As part of the Creative Services team, I contributed to packaging design, product mock-ups, and sales presentation visuals for licensed production projects. I created both 2D and 3D assets using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dimension, while supporting creative development across 30+ major licenses including Disney, Universal, Warner Bros., and Nickelodeon. My work spanned well-known toy lines such as Tonka, Care Bears, Littlest Pet Shop, Stretch Armstrong, Playhut, and Micro Teenies. During the summer of 2025, I managed the Fisher Price Classics line, maintaining brand assets and preparing polished, client-ready materials.
Tonka — Packaging Design
For this series of projects, I designed packaging for a range of new Tonka truck products while adhering to established brand and licensing guidelines. Each package was developed to preserve Tonka’s bold, durable identity and clearly showcase product features across multiple releases, with dielines that I created and refined to meet the structural and production requirements of each new product.
Micro Teenies — Packaging Design
In these projects, I designed packaging for a range of licensed mini plush products within the Micro Teenies line. Working across multiple character licenses, I followed individual licensor style guides while integrating them into the established Micro Teenies visual system. Each license required the design of a countertop display unit (CDU) along with six unique character boxes, each customized with license-specific character graphics and details.
Littlest Pet Shop — Cozy Campfire Play Pack
For this project, I designed the card set for the Littlest Pet Shop Cozy Campfire Play Pack line. Working within established card set and brand guidelines, I created individual character cards while ensuring visual consistency across the full set. The final designs balance cohesive branding with unique character details, resulting in a unified and playful collection.
